Michael Mastroianni
Michael Mastroianni is a versatile multi-instrumentalist & vocalist currently located in Kissimmee, FL. He is a graduate of Berklee College of Music, and earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Music in Contemporary Writing & Production. Michael is currently working as a musician all across Walt Disney World and freelancing as a musician & singer.

Originally from New Rochelle, NY, Michael began his career working on hundreds of musical theatre productions in and around the area in various musical capacities. In summer 2016, Michael made his off-Broadway debut as bassist for Green Card: A New Musical. The following summer, Michael made his debut at the American Repertory Theatre in Boston as keyboardist & conductor for the premiere production of Burn All Night, with book & lyrics by Andy Mientus (Les Miserables, Spring Awakening).
Just after graduating from Berklee, Michael then served as music director, keyboardist & conductor for the third national tour of Finding Neverland. From March-August 2022, Michael was a member of the inaugural cast of the Disney Wish cruise ship, playing piano & guitar and singing for a variety of shows from jazz trio to pirate rock, as well as assisting in various musical capacities.

Michael moved to the Orlando, Florida area to entertain at the legendary Jellyrolls Dueling Piano Showcase at Walt Disney World from October 2022 to its temporary closure in April 2025. This led to an emerging career as a musician at the Walt Disney World Resort, as pianist/keyboardist for the Disney on Broadway Concert Series, Candlelight Processional, Cool Kid Summer and Jollywood Nights. Michael can also be found at the piano at the venerable Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, the River Roost Lounge at Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside resort hotel, and at various venues across EPCOT. He has been honored to be a part of many private and special events for Disney as well, most notably as pianist & conductor for the concert exclusively for the recipients of the Walt Disney Legacy Award. Nearby, Michael also enjoys freelance work at various hotels, private parties, restaurants, club dates, open mics & special events, and also occasionally performs at Universal Orlando Resort.
In the theatre world, Michael has conducted dozens of productions from small rock combo to large orchestra. As pit musician, he is often tasked with combining books to take advantage of his various instrumental skills and multi-tasking abilities. Michael is also an accomplished orchestrator, and is particularly known for his detailed and accurate reduced orchestrations for various productions, as well as unique original orchestrations when requested. He is the in-house co-orchestrator & music copyist of the White Plains Performing Arts Center, a regional theatre dedicated to professional productions just outside NYC with large orchestras. Michael also provides keyboard and drum programming and served as music copyist and contractor.

Michael is proficient and fluent as a pianist/keyboardist, bassist, accordionist and drummer/percussionist, with ability as a saxophonist and guitarist. He accompanies voice lessons, proficiencies and juries, public and private school choirs, auditions and callbacks, and music classes. Michael is also co-composing and arranging the musical Quantum Hall Pass with collaborators Carolina Jarufe & Conor James.
